Abraham (Avi) Nechemia

Founding Partner

Avi founded Alinea Capital Group after more than three decades in real estate investment and development, and sets the firm's investment strategy and direction.

Adding value through redevelopment and intelligent leasing fueled his early success in commercial investment. His focus on supporting tenants' businesses has built long relationships with national and regional operators and healthcare systems across the portfolio.

Those investments also led to residential development partnerships throughout Philadelphia, spanning condominiums, luxury apartments, and single-family homes.

Michael Nechemia

Managing Partner

Michael leads acquisitions, asset management, leasing, and investor relations at Alinea, and formed the firm alongside Avi.

He began in commercial real estate as an analyst at Ernst & Young, conducting property valuations and market studies, then served as Managing Director of OCF Realty, a Philadelphia residential firm with brokerage, management, and development operations.

Michael holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a degree in Finance and Real Estate from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University.

Tamir Levy

Director of Property Management

Tamir runs property management across the portfolio — leasing administration, tenant relationships, vendor and maintenance coordination, and day-to-day building operations.

His team handles the operating side of ownership: annual budgets and expense reconciliations, service contracts, capital projects and tenant fit-outs, and the inspection and compliance work that keeps a building running. When a tenant needs something, it comes to him.
